Getformin is an antidiabetic medicine containing Glimepiride and Metformin HCl. This medicine, in combination with an appropriate diet and exercise, is used for treating type 2 diabetes mellitus (condition characterized by elevated sugar levels). It is often combined with other medicines to improve efficacy and bring about the desired results. Empagliflozin is mostly available in oral form. It is not indicated for diabetes type 1.
